Would someone please explain to me how charging someone for carbon emmissions will reduce greenhouse gasses.

And just exactly how would this be enforced? Are we going to have to build more factories to build devices to actually measure carbon emissions. Gee, sounds like that might do some damage to the environment.

If carbon emissions are truly a problem, then set a limit. If someone violates the limit – then issue a citation and shut them down for x amount of time. Period.

But what to I know, I’m just a simple-minded, redneck, right-wing extremist! ;)
